Yes. Our extension uses Chrome local storage to keep encrypted data on the client’s side.

No information is captured related to the user’s device.
What information does the extension capture?
This extension captures information entered by the user into search fields in this extension, which includes a patient’s first name, last name and date of birth. When used in conjunction with a supported electronic medical record (EMR), this extension will look for the first, last name and date of birth of a patient on the corresponding webpage of the EMR that is being displayed in the browser. This extension also captures user clicks on UI elements within the extension.
What does this extension do with captured patient data?
The extension enables the user to seamlessly fetch patient information from our data center while using their existing electronic medical record system. The patient data is encrypted and sent securely to our servers where it is compared against our database of patients. Upon a successful match, our servers will send back relevant information pertaining to that patient which will display on the user’s device via the extension.
